Directions for Use
Use only non-metallic containers for preparing cosmetic mixtures. Dissolve the clay in warm water in a 1:1 ratio and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous thick cream consistency is obtained.
- Cosmetic face masks. Apply the prepared mixture in a thin layer to cleansed skin. Using wet fingers, gently rub the clay along massage lines for 2–3 minutes. Leave the mask on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water and apply a moisturizing or nourishing cream. Frequency: 2–3 times per week. Result: helps cleanse and tighten pores, improves skin firmness, and reduces the appearance of fine wrinkles.
- Hair and scalp care. Add one egg yolk to the base mixture (clay with water). Rub the mask into the scalp, wrap with a towel, and leave for 15–20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
- Care baths (for hands, elbows, and feet). Help gently remove keratinized epidermal cells, soften rough skin, and promote recovery from microcracks and minor damage.
Effect: the clay helps strengthen hair follicles, improve microcirculation, and reduce hair brittleness and hair loss.
Preparation: dilute 1 tablespoon of clay in 1 liter of warm water. Immerse hands or feet in the solution for 20–30 minutes. The procedure may be performed daily.
