Method of application

Pour 1 teaspoon of crushed root with 1 glass (200 ml) of hot water, let it infuse for 30 minutes.

Before starting the course, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Comfrey root has natural astringent and softening properties that positively affect the functional state of tissues, reduce discomfort during physical exertion and contribute to the improvement of peristalsis and general body tone under the condition of regular and correct use.

Scientific research

  1. Stimulation of regeneration and support of synovial fluid. The key active component of comfrey is allantoin — it directly affects the proliferation of connective tissue cells, stimulating the restoration of cartilage and bone structures after prolonged exertion or microtraumas. Native plant mucilages act as a natural hydrofixator that maintains the optimal viscoelastic balance of synovial (intra-articular) fluid, which improves the shock-absorbing properties of the joint and facilitates limb mobility.
  2. Antioxidant protection and resistance to mechanical stress. The complex of polyphenols (including rosmarinic acid) and tannins in the composition of the drops blocks the development of oxidative stress in cartilage cells (chondrocytes). Plant antioxidants neutralize free radicals that arise during intense physical work or age-related changes, due to which connective tissue adapts much faster to high mechanical loads and is less susceptible to destruction.

Contraindications

  • Individual intolerance or increased sensitivity to individual components of the composition.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding period (lactation).
  • Childhood up to 14 years.
