Information about Organic Herbs Oat Milk Herbal Tea

Sown oats (Avena sativa L.) are traditionally valued in nutritiology as a powerful source of nutrients for the whole body. The plant raw material is rich in B-group vitamins, as well as vitamins A, K, E and important minerals — phosphorus, iron, cobalt and manganese. Oats are one of the natural leaders in zinc and silicic acid content, which play a key role in the formation of protein structure and maintaining a healthy state of the skin. In addition, the plant contains a natural compound — thyreostatin, which has a beneficial effect on the functional state of the thyroid gland.

Thanks to the balanced composition of bioactive substances, the herbal tea helps create optimal dietary conditions for the normalization of metabolic processes, has a mild calming effect on the nervous system and supports the gastrointestinal tract organs.
