Reishi (Shiny Lacquer Mushroom, Ganoderma Lucidum) - a type of Reishi mushrooms. Reishi is highly valued in Eastern medicine for its healing properties. Reishi mushrooms in traditional Chinese medicine are considered an excellent remedy for many diseases, they contain polysaccharides, lipids, proteins, fiber, flavonoids, anthocyanins, phenolic acid, saponins, steroids, trace elements (calcium, phosphorus, iron, copper, manganese, tin, zinc), B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin), essential amino acids.
