Omega-3-6-9 supplement is a complex of unsaturated fatty acids that are very important for the normal functioning of cells, the nervous system, the heart, blood vessels and skin. The complex includes omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9, as well as vitamin E.

Active ingredients:

Omega-3 fatty acid complex (EPA, DHA, ALA)

Omega-3 includes eicosapentaenoic (EPA), docosahexaenoic (DHA) and alpha-linolenic (ALA) acids.

EPA and DHA are involved in the functioning of the cardiovascular and nervous systems. DHA is an important component of cell membranes, especially in brain and retinal tissues. Omega-3 also helps maintain normal triglyceride levels in the blood.

ALA is an essential fatty acid - the body cannot produce it on its own, so it must come from food. The source of ALA, in particular, is flaxseed oil. The body can convert ALA into EPA and DHA, but in small quantities.

Omega-6 fatty acid complex (GLA, Linoleic acid)

Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) from borage oil is critically important for maintaining the health of the epidermis, restores the damaged lipid barrier of the skin, eliminates peeling, increases elasticity and reduces skin hyperreactivity in atopic dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis.

Linoleic acid is involved in the formation of cell membranes and maintaining the protective barrier of the skin.

Omega-9 fatty acids (Oleic acid)

Helps maintain carbohydrate and fat metabolism, improves the functional sensitivity of insulin receptors, prevents the development of insulin resistance and normalizes blood glucose levels.

Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate)

Protects cells from oxidative stress, supports the immune and reproductive systems.
