About the Product
Cocoa Butter by Golden Farm is a 100% natural vegetable fat obtained by cold pressing selected cocoa beans from the cacao tree fruit. This premium-quality product has a characteristic delicate chocolate aroma and a soft creamy color.
The butter is unique due to its texture: at room temperature (up to +22–25 °C) it remains solid and brittle, but easily melts at human body temperature (+36.6 °C), turning into a light oily liquid.
In cooking and dietetics, cocoa butter is valued as a source of beneficial saturated and unsaturated fatty acids (oleic, stearic, palmitic), vitamins, and natural antioxidants. It is an ideal base for homemade natural chocolate, vegan desserts, glazes, and also an exquisite addition to hot toning beverages.
The product has excellent softening properties. Adding a small amount of butter to warm milk or cocoa helps gently soothe irritated mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract during colds and relieve throat irritation.
