Being a rare biologically active substance, silymarin is the key component of Milk Thistle plant. 

Also, microelements such as zinc, selenium, copper, the whole group of fat-soluble vitamins, quercetin, flavolignans, polyunsaturated fatty acids are found in milk thistle - a total of about 200 components, which is why it is included in many complex nutritional supplements.

Suggested use:

For adults and children from 12 years of age: take 1 teaspoon (5 g) per 100 ml of boiling water (leave it to brew for 30 minutes), take 1 tablespoon twice a day 20 minutes before meals.
