Knotgrass is an antimicrobial, astringent, anti-inflammatory and diuretic due to the content of a complex of biologically active substances (flavonoids, coumarins, tannins, silicic acid compounds, vitamins C, K, carotenoids, micro- and macroelements (iron, cadmium, magnesium), etc.). 

Knotgrass herb accelerates the removal of fluid and toxins from the body, which is facilitated by silicic acid salts in its composition, prevents the formation and promotes the removal of urinary stones in case of urolithiasis, and prevents relapses after surgery to remove urinary stones. It is an effective remedy in the treatment of diseases of the kidneys, urinary tract and bladder. 

Knotgrass herb improves the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract, envelops the mucous membranes and protects them from irritating factors, while normalizing the absorption process in the intestine; prevents bleeding, exhibits anti-inflammatory and reparative properties. 

Knotgrass improves metabolism, restores the water-salt balance, reduces the permeability of blood vessel walls, increases blood coagulation, and stops bleeding. 

The herb is used for atony and hypotonia of the uterus to stimulate contractions. Knotgrass helps with inflammation of the gums, stomatitis, gingivitis and other inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity. 

A decoction of spore is also useful in hair care. Regular rinsing strengthens the hair follicles and prevents hair loss.

Suggested use:

Take two tablespoons of the product with 200 ml of hot water and leave it to brew for 10–15 minutes. Drink as needed.
