Directions for Use

Sorbitol powder is taken orally after dissolving in warm water, tea, juices, or added directly to dishes during preparation.

• Standard intake: 5–10 g (1–2 teaspoons) of powder 2–3 times per day. Take 30 minutes before meals or 1 hour after meals.
• Preparation of aqueous solution: 10% solution (10 g powder per 100 ml of warm water). Consume 50–150 ml of the prepared solution 2–3 times daily.

Do not exceed the daily dosage. Exceeding the recommended daily intake (more than 30 g) has a pronounced laxative effect and may cause diarrhea, bloating, flatulence, and gastrointestinal disorders. Begin use with minimal doses to assess individual tolerance.
